I ordered the shrimp and fries with a side salad. The shrimp were very hot on the outside but strangely nearly cold inside. The... texture of shrimp is odd, gives you feeling it?s old or wasn?t refrigerated properly. The ranch dressing is watery. The frieswere soaked in oil and looked like they had been fried twice. I also got the calamari and it was awful, no seasoning, cold andalso had an odd texture. Seafood is definitely not Salem?s forte. Also, I told the cashier I wanted a large cup for Coke and hejust gave me a cup and when I walked around to the drink dispensers guess what? Only Pepsi products. Why didn?t he mention theydidn?t have coke when I clearly asked for a coke. The food here is awful, has no seasoning and has an odd texture. Just gross. Read more
The man at the counter had horrible customer service skills, what could?ve been an easy transaction was very stressful. For one,... I told the man as soon as I pulled up that I would like to scan my QR code so that I may receive my points. He instead decidedto run my card causing us to have to void the transaction and restart. Afterwards, he was still unable to scan my QR and said hecouldn?t locate my number even though I double checked it was the correct number under my account settings. This however isn?tthe main problem, I am very understanding & know working drive through is a stressful and high demanding job and sometimeselectronics glitch. The issue is when he proceeded to ask us where we were from and when we answered he said ?I can tell? in acondescending tone. This is unacceptable behavior from any employee working in an establishment. Had it been another person inmy place, I am sure the better business bureau would have been contacted. We also received the wrong order 3 times and had towait in a parking spot to receive our food due to this mistake. Once we parked, we realized there was another mistake with ourfood. When i approached the counter, I was immediately told to just wait in the car. I then informed the unkind man that he hadmessed up our order once again. All in all? this was a HORRIBLE experience and I will not be returning to this location. Iunderstand mistakes happen that is why we remained patient but to condescend customers is out of line. Very overpriced!!! I ordered half pound gizzard and it barley looked like it was half pound. Guy didn?t tell me the price of... order through the intercom and when I went to the window he mumbles the price (still didn?t understand what he said). I orderedBuffalo sauce as well. Never got it and when I was at the window checking if I was given Buffalo sauce. I asked the guy where isthe Buffalo sauce, his response was ?um you ordered um Buffalo sauce? moved so slow. I just said don?t worry about it and droveoff. So whatever. There was a reason a while back I stopped going to salems but with the service and the crazy prices I?m nevergoing back. Read more

Don?t waste your time going Gyros in Brandon after 11pm on a Friday night. I place a order paid for a different order That I... wasn?t aware of until I got my food. I explained to the cashier I didn?t order grilled fish yellow rice & black beans. I orderedgrill shrimp and fries. , The cashier got a attitude for no reason, just fix my order and correct the amount. This got methinking how many people actually be paying for the wrong meals and don?t realize that it happen. Never again every body Inthere at like they couldn?t comprehend nothing so sad.
