The fries tasted old. I went inside and asked for new fries because they tasted like they just redropped them back into the... grease and the lady said those were fresh we just dropped them. I could tell that she was getting upset with me when I reallywanted my fries replaced. I suggested they replace the grease turned around and walked out and said to myself I'll never goback. Good was not that good, the customer service was awful! The manager was rude and lazy. She didn't even tell me my total, just... wanting money. I had to ask, then no receipt and no condiments that I asked for, I was told no with no explanation of whythey could not be provided. Definitely don't recommend going here. Read more
Went to this location on a Wednesday night & had an amazing experience with my partner. We were greeted with smiles & offered... assistance soon as we walked in the door, our food was fresh & tasted amazing. Our shakes were great as well. The manager wasawesome as well. More like a 3.5 but no option for that. Anyways it would be a 4 if the employees were a little bit more friendly. Your drive... through employee today was the worst. Not greeting anyone at the speaker then saying Hello and saying she's waiting on them toorder. Like what the heck. I told her most people wait for the greeting to order. She looked at me nasty and said I did greether. She handed me my food, i said thank you and she ignored me. The food is always good on the plus side. Very disappointed with today's visit. We learned that they no longer serve chicken sandwiches. We ordered three burgers which... were very subpar! The burgers were crushed and very greasy! If there was a such thing as 0 stars they would get it. They had me wait 5-10 in drive thru at the window for the 3 tenders meal... and when I ate my fries I was pleased because they were fresh. When I took a bite out of my tenders they tasted funny so Ilooked at them and they were raw! Like seriously? I asked for the manager and was told no.
