I wish I would have read the other reviews before dining here, although I'm a firm believer that you should form your own... opinion. Well, the other reviewers are not wrong. Sadly upon entry there were not any employees in the front at the register,nor to greet anyone. There were 2 employees working. One making smoothies, the other making the food orders - they did saythey would be with us as soon as they were done with what they were working on. The front entry and dining area - none of thetables were cleaned off/wiped down/sanitized (as you can see in photos) nor was the entry way carpet. The floor by the table wesat at was super sticky, to where you could feel your shoes sticking as would walked on it. I can't comment on the restrooms,as I would only imagine that they would be in the same poor conditions. The food - Thai salad was good but the lettuce was cutin large chunks that needed cut again to be eaten. The Caesar wrap was ok as well, but had tomato in it? Read more
I hate leaving bad reviews, but the place was so dirty. Bathroom was dirtier than a restroom when you're traveling. I ordered a... smoothie, and cancelled it cause I got nervous. I didn't even ask for a refund cause the guy working was nice, and I felt bad.Kudos to him! ... but yeah... the owner needs to do something quick. Read more
OMG!! I just went in and almost threw up!! I cancel my online order because it smell so bad that I didn?t want to eat from a... place like this. I work in the medical field and this type of smell had me throwing up. I was wondering why there wasn?t muchpeople on here. Read more
This store needs better management! Everything was out of stock. Employees were nice, but they kept messing up orders, handing... food out with no shakes ready. The mens bathroom door does not lock so they have a sign to knock first. The woman?s restroom wasa mess. The toilet paper & paper towels were not in their dispensers, just thrown on the rails & back of toilet. Read more
This restaurant has a very sour order when you walk in the door. Service was very slow, ( only 2 people working )didn?t wash... hands, not wearing hair nets, their shirts was dirty. No paper barrier was put down before putting the food on the counter- e.icross contamination! The floor was very dirty, the station where the food is being prepared was very disorganized and nasty.Then they made my smoothie wrong twice, I should went to a different location or start making my own! Came in this morning and noticed brink was the only person working. He greeted me with a warm welcome. I tried to order certain... weaps but he made me aware certain toppings for those wraps weren't available, which I appreciated. Brink then proceed to makemy order and deal with the other 3 guest that walked in behind me. I knew he was going to be slammed so I patiently waitedoutside with my dog. To my surprise he brought the food out to me even though he had 3 other orders to make. Guest service likethis is far and few in between and I had to give Brink a shout out. I would give a negative star rating because of the smell!! OMG how are they working there with a smell like that?! When I... visited I had on a mask and could still smell the gagging stinch of old citrus fruit combined with new fruit accompanied withstanding water. Then I called to speak to a manager and no one was available. They advised a manager will be available Monday.Now I have to wait for a refund until Monday. I know a lot of places are short staffed due to today?s circumstances, but nomanager available is a no-go. What if something happens ?! Made an online order. As soon as I stepped in to pick up the order was hit with this nasty rancid smell. Smells like a dead... animal is inside. I asked the employee whats the smell and he said ?it could be the floors which need to be cleaned? the floorsare sticky and look like they haven?t been cleaned in years. Luckily, the guy making our sandwiches was wearing gloves andseemed clean. The sandwiches and smoothies were good, but never returning to this location due to the nasty puke-rotten smellin the entire store. Read more
