This particular wendys is very unorganized, and unprofessional, and dirty, staff members walking around not in uniform, garbage... all over the floor. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes untill someone decided to greet me, and all the young lady saidwas "hold on". This store is in need of a make over. I did not see a manager there, if there is one, they need to be morediligent on making sure customers are being served in a timely manner at the front counter . Read more
It ia basic fast food. Can that ever be a 5? This location has been on a long slow spiral downward with its service and staff.... There is a clear lack of concern over customer service levels and a notable disdain for anyone bothering to interrupt their dayby ordering. The crew can be witnessed clearly playing, laughing and joking together while drive thru line wraps through the parking lot and people enter the dining area then leave in frustration. This location has rhe worst service out of any locationive ever encountered i do consider that fast food service in general ia poor but this place is the worat of the worst. This is one of the better Wendy's I've been to. They prepare the food well and get orders right. My last order looked... picturesque. They could be a little faster on the drive through but it's not too bad. Nice place overall. Read more
Employees playing and talking instead of working. Waited 10 minutes for my food (which ended up cold) while 5 employees stood in... one area touching each other and laughing... Manager saw I was visibly upset and proceeded to play with employees. Read more

My husband and I went to get something quick to eat. He ordered himself 2 sandwiches and me a 4 for $4 (sandwich, nuggets, fries... and drink). The lady didn't give us a total, or repeat the order, didn't even greet us actually. My husband gave a 20 and shegave change (no receipt) and he checked the bag- only 2 sandwiches. So he said we ordered 3 sandwiches... She said I didn't hearyou and closed the window without anything. We were so confused. A man came to the window and basically yelled at us saying shedidn't charge us for the other sandwich and wanted to look at the sandwiches we got.... Which is weird. He almost wanted totrade a sandwich out for the one that was missing and we said no, we are missing 1 sandwich. He yelled at us that we need to payfor the extra sandwich. I'm fine with paying for it, but the staff was just extremely rude and aggressive about a mistake thatthey made. Won't be heading there again. Read more
