The chicken sandwich was good, and I love the Coke Freestyle machine. The staff was super polite too. However, the music was... so loud we couldn't really have a conversation at our table. I left with a mild headache. Also, the fries were justdroooowning in salt. I could only eat them by beating off as much salt as I could and dipping them in blue cheese. Very disappointed I actually worked for Wingstop in Kansas City Missour and This experience would have never happened because we... cared about our customers experience. I called to make sure that I had all flats and was told I would. I came and That was notthe case but instead of fixing the issue It became a back and forth with the team member which I was not going to do. The mangerwas so rude and unprofessional. So I asked for a refund, Non of his voided receipts showed what I actually paid and he began tomention about me not trusting him. First off I don?t know you. You can?t even fix a simple mistake that you charged me for, sono I don?t trust you with my money. Upon my exit he made a slick response to one of his team members ?this over 5 flats? yes siryou are so right. If it wasn?t a big deal charging me for all flats wouldn?t be a thing. Ordered $50 worth of food last night for 6 people. Food took FOREVER to be made (a Tuesday night) & we were missing 10 wings.... Our fries were dumped into the bottom of our bag & sauce from the wings was all over them. We called back to have our orderremade and were told that they were now closed & to call back tomorrow. This is basically a take out place with a small number of tables. The important part is wings are made to order, hot, fresh and... delicious. My primary choice for chicken wings in Florida.
