First Time at Applebee's late Sunday to treat a friend from my church and I was astounded by the friendliness and attentiveness... of the staff, even about an hour and a half before closing. Cameron, our waiter, was a delightful young British gentleman whowas very friendly and helpful, and every request was fulfilled promptly and with a smile. Tipped him double my usual. Everystaff member I interacted with showed that same level of gracious, friendly and attentive care that was a cut above any otherdining experience I'd had in Brandon thus far, even Brown's or Montana's has yet to match that level of welcomingatmosphere. 10/10, will eat here again. Went here on October 15th 2022. Our Server was excellent. The Restaurant however was disappointing. The menu Item my misses... wanted wasn't available, Which is fine I realize that things run out. I had the Bbq Tacos however and as the server was bringingit out and going to place it at the table it had a long strand of hair seemingly cooked into the food, it had the sauce from thetaco's on it and was absolutely disgusting. Server noticed and told her manager. Taco's were comped, but the damage was kind ofdone, rest of the experience was kind of tainted and just seemed dirty. There was a power outage and we were forced to leave promptly. We havent finished our drinks yet but we were charged the full... price. We asked if we could at least get our drinks to go as we barely had any, they said it is not allowed for alcohol. Anywayit is not about the money but the way we were treated by one staff. Our dignity and humanity was disregarded with the way shewas talking to us. Racism is alive and well in some people. Read more

I can not say enough good things about the lunch my wife and I had today the food was absolutely delicious our server was vary... attentive without being overbearing the food was all cooked to perfection and my stake was exactly the medium doneness I askedfor the Brandon Applebee's has to be the best Applebee's out of 5 or 6 we have eaten at ! I arrived and sat down with a group and was greeted warmly and ordered the fish and chips. The waitress came out to say they are... out of fish so I ordered a burger and it came out fast. The burger had a nice char to it which adds nice texture and flavour. Read more
