Terrible. It was uncomfortably hot in there, about 40 degrees Celsius. No refills on water..only one server. Found a nasty big,... long black hair in our food. I took my step daughters out for breakfast this morning for a treat to this location. First off they open at 7 am, no arrived to... the place until about 6:55am, ok that's no problem I understand. Walked in the sign said please wait to be seated so we did.Waitress comes around the corner with an annoyed expression on her face, says to me just seat yourself we just opened 3 minsago. Ok and that's my problem why? She wasn't friendly at all, didn't barely say hello. She came to take our order. My girls areold enough to speak and order for themselves, my 13 years old was trying to order, she speaks low and gets nervous, the waitresscouldn't hear her so instead of asking her to repeat her order she looks at me what can I get her? I look at my 13 year old andsaid try again a little louder. The lady was standing there with a disgusted looked on her face. Than took my order and wasn'toverly pleasant with me either. Brought our food, which for being the first customers of the day you would think that the foodwould be nice and hot. The butter (if that's what you call it) wasn't even melted on mine or my 13 year old's toast. My 9 yearold got Strawberry pancakes she said they were ok but hard to cut, I asked her if she wanted me to send them back she said noand just didn't eat those ones. I'm not impressed at all with the service at this establishment. I understand restaurants areshort staffed and it was early but least you can do is be pleasant. I was perfectly ok with waiting at the table a little longerto get hot fresh food and allow them a few mins to open up. I am disappointed as I am newer to Brandon and have been excited forrestrictions to lift and go eat in at this restaurant as I had heard many good things. Very friendly serving staff. Kept asking us if we needed anything and how the meal was. We also noticed the kitchen chef... working quick on his feet to get orders out. Portion size was excellent for the price, food was layed out nicely and cooked totaste ???? They have lemon black tea, I didn't know this was a thing, that went well with honey. I ordered 2 breakfast meals from skip and asked for 7 ketchup packs with each as I really like ketchup, I received 8 total and... when I called they told me they don?t give out that much ketchup, I go to eat my second breakfast today and they gave me burnttoast like couldn?t just quickly toast a new ones? Almost 17$ for each breakfast pretty ridiculous, will take my businesselsewhere. Read more
