Placed my order at drive thru. Was asked to go park. 20+ minutes later order arrived missing items. Go inside to ask about... this and a server asked another "is this the order you dropped?". Another 15 minutes got the balance of my order and a halfa$$ed apology. Couldn't get a refund for the now cold items so had to take my $50+ order which is now cold and soggy and feedthe family. I used to visit McDonald's a lot, almost daily. But it has been some time since my last visit and now I remberwhy. Quality of food is not worth the price. Read more
Very angry that two of the locations in Brandon call themselves 24hours when the inside of the store closes after midnight and... you can only order through drive thru, I had to get a cab just to drive me through to get food and the meter ran the whole timeand cost me $10 just to sit through drive thru, OPEN THE INSIDE OF THE STORE!!!!!! I spend A LOT of money at this establishmentand would like my 24hour service available 24hours!!! Read more
Pretty hard to get the proper order if you order more than one meal. Half the time your burger has to be assembled yourself... before you eat it as it was all just thrown into the box. Read more
Since I am a fairly regular visitor to the Brandon restaurants, the customer service has gone down hill since the franchise... group (Brandon restaurants ) owners changed. They are less polite and responsive to complaints and the management are onlyinterested in profitability. The restaurant cleaning has also got terrible! Read more
The McDonald's on Richmonds drink machines flavour is turned down or something. Got 3 root beers with 0 flavour so switched to... fruitopia and same thing. Every other McDonald's in town has lots of flavour in their drinks.... Read more
