Nothing out of the box happened, just like everyone else; - Wrong order was made - They hung up the call on us mid-sentence with... attitude - Were not ready to accept their mistake - Manager was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional with the whole situation.Has unnecessary attitude for god knows what. Terrible/worst customer service. order pizza today and got the wrong pizza, I callback to the store and was told we will call... you back, and waited for 25 min. After 25 min I callback again then they asked me to return it back for proof of the wrongpizza. At the store (8:30 pm), with attitude employee throw a pizza in the garbage. They give me new pizza and again it was thewrong pizza. An employee told me to keep this wrong pizza because we are so busy (with attitude). I told her please make it anew one. She told me that you ordered only 1 pizza and you keep complaining about the wrong pizza. This kind of behavior is notacceptable. I definitely will never be ordering from here again. Read more

I want to start of by saying, sure I might not have the most extensive palate but I can say I know what good pizza tastes like.... This my friends is not good pizza it is amazing pizza. It has become my favorite place for food in all of Brandon. 10/10. Itseems to me there are only 3 workers there and I have to say they are very kind and always give you good deals. Most other pizzaplaces have deals but aren?t deals, they switch around numbers and fool you into getting a deal but in the end you have spentmore money for less food. Swan my friends has amazing deals. Now it?s not just about service and deals. Let?s talk about thepizza itself, the menu is a good size with many options you won?t find anywhere else, my personal favorite is the honey garlicchicken and actually all the chick pizzas are just incredible. I have tried almost every pizza and I have not been unsatisfiedonce. The pizza isn?t greasy, it?s not gross with stuffed crust or piled on with cheap toppings, this is pizza with cheese sogood it melts in your mouth with almost no taste because it blends in with the sauce and toppings at the same time. Crust sofine and thin you end up eating the crust when you usually throw it out or give it to the dogs, this crust is so perfect, sothin and the sesame seeds.
