the bread was old and gross, not fresh. the staff was rude and we ended up with food poisoning. NEVER going there again

Today i recieved skip the dish or just dash from this location.... it was not my order. I had not placed a delivery order with... them. But it arrived on my doorstep with the driver just leaving it outside. I called 4 different subway locations looking tosee if one of them had an order that matched the order number on the slip. This location did. I told them about the mix up andsuggested they contact skip and the customer to straighten this out. I even offered assistance in getting the food to the rightperson in case the driver dropped it off on the wrong house number on my street. I was willing to run it over. The young femaleemployee said to me "you will have to call skip and get them to deal with this we cant do anything". I was floored. I work for arestaurant, and i know that the restaurant has access to skips service line and the customers contact number. I informed her ofthis. She appeared confused and eventually said "ok we will take care of this". Im 90 percent certain it was only to get me offthe phone. I again told her that i would hold on to the food and run it where it needed to go if she could just get the adressfor me, or if not i would hand it over to a driver if they contacted skip and sent him/her back. Nothing developed of thisconversation. I have no idea who the customer was, if they got a remake, a refund or anything. I am outraged on their behalf andas someone who has spent his entire life in the food service industry i am very disgusted by the employees lack of care toresolve this. Apparently i get a free lunch tomorrow because of it. But this isnt about me. This is about professionalism andcustomer care. Read more

The young man working was absolutely no help and had no idea what I ordered even though I was the only customer in the store.... His Co worker had to prompt him to offer to put on ingredients that go on that specific sandwich. I got home about 3 mins laterand when I went to have my sub the paper had completely soaked through and the sandwich completely fell apart. The sub of the day is a great way to save buck and try different, awesome subs. I wish employees wouldn't cut a footlong in half... to start, rather just do or at the end like it's always been done before. Otherwise another good experience and great tastingsub. Using 3 sauces is a huge game changer every time. Read more
