We are a regular customers since 9 years ago, and we have always a great service but today was the worst customer service from... the hostes (September 15 at 9:30 pm) she was so rude and I respectful with my wife and myself when we ask her if we can have abooth instead of a high chair, she turn her eyes on us and said we can?t , we have ti sit where she want or we have to leave ?Really??? I own 3 restaurants in town and I know what?s customer service is?. Our server was amazing as always and the food wasgreat, I think just this kind of staff will make people turn away of coming back ? Great selection of wings that they can do Gluten Free on request. Classic Margaritas were terrific. Attentive, friendly service.

Food was mediocre, service was meh. We got there right when it opened and ordered Long Island iced tea which was the special for... that night they said they were out. Ordered different drinks instead someone else dropped them off not our waitress which isfine but she then didn?t come back for at least 15 minutes to place our food order. After we ordered our food she never cameback until the food was ready 30ish minutes later and never checked in while we were eating. Experience at Tavern United with my friends on April 27 2022. First of, we weren?t even seated and after we found seats they... took like an hour to even offer us menus. Poor and disrespectful service. Brought us orders to go when we ordered to dine in. Tothe manger and staff that attended to us I am highly disappointed at you guys.Secondly, I do not like to play the racist cardbut threatening to call the cops on us for refusing to pay for wrong orders that we didn?t even touch was uncalled for. Weordered for specific wings but got all plain wings with sauces on the side in to-go boxes and unlabelled which we clearlydeclined. If I wanted my order to go I would have just ordered from my house! Horrible horrible service!! To Tyson the manger,and the other staff who banged the table and yelled at us I hope u get the same treatment when u go eat out. Lastly, You guysneed serious training and should learn to do better! Ok food, unprofessional service, server took no interest in meeting the needs, disrespectful assuming attitude, brought... incorrect drink order, would not listen to follow up order. In to big of a hurry to go no where. This is the work of one personthat hopefully does not represent the rest of the serving staff, although are here a few days previous and similar hurry up andrun away style from other server. The bar falsely advertises Kokanee Gold, has a weird tiki bar vibe, has a recliner chair ontop of a fake fireplace at the entrance? Bizarre. As you walk in, the name of the bar, Tavern United, with "Pub" over theentrance. And joy, while attempting to take photos of the chair and entrance, was harrassed by a male employee because I had notpaid for my bill even though I was trying to take pictures.
