Horrible customer service. Went in to pick up a mobile order and the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes because I... interrupted her FaceTime conversation with her friend. She then proceeded to tell me I had come in too early and she knows theapp told me it would be ready in 10 minutes before rolling her eyes again and telling me I needed to wait. -fully aware that theapp estimated a 10 minute wait time, but I was planning on waiting inside. I was simply hopeful that they would have pizzasready to go that I could just grab since my order was a simple pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. I watched 2 people leave withpizzas just now, so I?m not sure why it was such a big deal for me to check in early. The employees (including the apparentmanager who is walking around on the sidewalk out front laughing and playing on her phone) are more worried about being on theirphones than doing their jobs. Left off part of my order, called up to let them know to cut a refund and basically was told it was our fault. That part was in... a warmer and the other on the counter.
