I had to get my money back because they *lost* my pizza. The girl on the phone had little experience dealing with customers so... she just was no help at all. LUCKILY a nice lady got in touch with me after I complained to corporate; she refunded my money.Avoid this dumpster fire of a mess. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Definitely a refreshing change from what I?m used to versus other local chain pizza restaurants. The staff was nice and friendly... and paid attention to my somewhat complex order. But the most important part, our pizzas, were made to perfection! We fed ourfamily of 6 with breadsticks, dipping sauce, deep dish and thin crust pizzas, topped off with cookie dough brownies fordessert. Yum ???? Read more

Lady in the window this evening was VERY rude! Ordered my hot and ready pizza and cheese bread and the gentlemen took my payment... and didn?t say anything he just closed the window a few mins later the girl with blonde/brown hair opened the window and said?yea? and I replied ?I?m waiting on my food? she proceeded to close the window and opened it right back up and said ?uh pullaround? and closed the window. First off how was I suppose to know my food was not ready if I was not told and secondly I wasnot asked to pull around after I ordered. Excited to try the new cheese sticks. Do not eat at this little Caesars. They do not care if they give you under cooked raw... dough EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU WILL WAIT HAPPILY. People say these jobs are for children but children don't need to touchfood if they don't care if my children will get sick from eating it. Pizza was ready before set time and was great! Folks inside were friendly and polite, even thoe they appeared to be very... busy. My Grandkids tore thru the cheese pizza ???? like they'd never seen pizza before, lol. I would most definitely recommendthis store. Read more

WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN....i get it's fast food and all but seriously, you deserve atleast half decent service and product when... you pay your money for something...i have worked customer service for years before and i'll just say i would hate to work withthe staff that were working the other night...i ordered/paid online and got there at about 830 with my confirmation it was justready...i walked in to staff laughing and joking around, playing on phones with their freinds that were sitting in the lobbywaiting on them to get off...i stood for a few minutes and someone finally asked if i needed help i told them to pick up anorder and they didn't have it ready because they sold some of my order to a previous customer and they got an attitude when thecashier asked the guy in the back to make another because he said they were about to close soon...finally got my order: rockhard cheesy bread that was hot but burnt, cold wings with watered down sauce and a paid for a crazy sauce they gave barely halffilled....i just left never will go back! I don?t really post reviews, but my gosh. Everyone in there acts like a child and when I say everyone?I mean EVERYONE. Playing... around and laughing then not knowing where our order is?! Like what? The first time we went the manager came up there to talk tous after we paid then we?re already waiting 45 minutes for our order, and then decided to tell us they were out of wings?. I was excited for this grand opening this week. As a food blogger and lover of pizza I welcomed Little Caesars being 10 minutes... from my home. The staff was amazing. The place is attractive and welcoming. And the food was great too. I got pizza and wingsfor the family. It was a huge success. Looking forward to returning and helping to spread the word. Read more
