I placed an online order and was told food would be delivered at 12:55. I started calling pizza hut at 2:13, I work from home so... wasn't paying much attention to the time, I called and got a busy signal. I hung up and all 30 times that I called I got someonewho would tell me different things about my order and then transferred to a busy signal. Read more

Ah where to start. I ordered online for a curbside order. I arrived at the Holly Bush location and clicked "I'm here" on the... app. Upon doing so, I was prompted to call the store instead. I did and the phone rang 8 times when it was answered and I wasabruptly put on hold. OK, that's fine. Maybe they were busy. I counted 7 workers as I sat there looking in. Multiple employeesjust standing there. After 3 minutes being on hold, I hung up and called back. This time the phone rang 12 times so I gave upand went in myself. I received my dinner box (2 medium 1 topping, breadsticks and 6 traditional wings) only to find I receivedcheese sticks instead of garlic sticks and 3 wings instead of 6. Soooo needless to say, I'll drive 10 more minutes to go to PapaJohn's from now on. Read more
Ordered an hour and a half ago and still waiting. Called and they said our order hadn't been cooked yet. I won't order from... Pizza Hit again. This is ridiculous. Update - Called back after 2 hours and they told me they never received our order. Weordered online and had a confirmation email. NEVER AGAIN!!! Read more
