I love smoothie king. I have to get my five dollar Friday treat. My go to is the Strawberry Extreme. Update: The service is not... so great. There are a bunch of kids working, which is fine, just give good customer service and pay attention to you customer'sorder. My order is either completely wrong or lacking flavor or watered down. Very inconsistent from what I am accustomed to ata Smoothie King store. Another Update: I have given multiple attempts. I will be going to Dogwood location from now on. Placed my order for 4 smoothies on Saturday 4/30 around 1:35 pm. Young lady told me that my order would take a while and I let... her know that?s fine. When I pulled up to the window, she asked if I had cash since the card machine was not working. I askedfor the total and she didn?t even place my order and asked me to repeat my order again? I asked if I could place my order on theapp and she said NO since the card machine is not working. I pulled off and placed my order on the App and the order wentthrough just fine with a order confirmation number. I watched many customers turned away and leaving back to back. The servicewas horrible today. My smoothie was horrible and taste like mop water. I spend a lot of money and can?t believe it was this badtoday. They don?t want to work. Read more
I wanted a smoothie with mango that wasn't too sugary. The worker suggested the Mangofest. The smoothie was delicious and only... $5 on 32 oz $5 Friday. After looking at my receipt, I realized the worker's name was Cole. Thank you for the conversation whilewaiting on my smoothie and overall being a friendly staff member. This was my first visit to any place that makes smoothies. Actually, my first ever smoothie. I wasn't sure exactly what I was... doing when I ordered but the young lady that assisted me in the drive thru was absolutely wonderful!! She was so helpful andvery informative about the nutritional values of each possible choice. I cannot say enough about this location and what animpression on me she made. It looks like I will be replacing some of those overfilling lunches with a healthy smoothie moreoften!! Thanks for the wonderful experience. Read more
