Walked in and seated at one end of lobby. All the waitress were wondering around at the other end. The guy in front of me asked... me if I have been waited on after all but one waitress went to the back. I told him I was moving to the other end where I gotservice. Tipped the lady $5.00. Read more
This restaurant is an absolute train wreck. Corporate executives need to visit it so they can see the disaster for... themselves. Last week, I went there at about midnight. I did not see any workers, and there were dirty dishes and trash onevery table even though nobody was sitting at them. A few weeks ago, I went there at about 2 a.m., and the place was closed.There were workers inside, but nobody came to the locked door to tell me what was going on. One of the workers mouthed to methat it was closed. It is supposed to be open 24/7! Months before that, I sat on a stool, and a worker kept walking around infront of me, even coming face-to-face with me several times, but did not say a word to me. I kept thinking she was about to takemy order, but she didn't. A group of workers was sitting at a table and hanging out. One of them asked me from across the roomwhat I wanted. Not a satisfied customer tonight . mine and my husband order is wrong . we both asked for double hash browns . only a single... order. Now I can't get anyone on the phone to make my complaint.. And then we also ordered a chocolate chip waffle . well weboth received a regular waffle with chocolate chip sprinkled on top. There was the cook and 1 server . and our total came to$22.00 Read more
Loved it, as always. I love how they've incorporated the digital menus now so you don't have to touch old menus. The staff was... nice and friendly and the place was clean. We always enjoy stopping here. Read more
I can?t lie, the cook did his thing.10/10, but everyone else was terrible. The cook was only decent thing about my visit !
