Unprofessional. Terrible service. Used drive thru to order. Ordered a large order and the woman was very rude. Asked for... manager, and was told they were the manager. My order wasnt filled. Had to go to the better Wendys in downtown Brandon. Read more

They're usually fairly busy, but still move the line quickly. The food is always hot and fresh. Their service and hospitality... could use improving compared to what it used to be, but overall not a bad location. Read more
I just left after fighting evening traffic. There were 2 customers in line at the drive thru. I got my order battled traffic... home. No chips for taco salad. No sour cream. Burgers were extremely dry. My wife's burger was wrong. Fries were soggy. Very disappointed with this place. It will be a long time before I go here. Read more
This is honestly one of the best Wendy's I've been to. They've never gotten anything wrong when I've ordered from there. I gotta... stop here on my drive home from school almost every week! I just wish Wendy's would open up their dining rooms again becauseevery other fast food place had at this point. Keep up the great work! Read more
Their line always seems to be super long and slow. Not sure why. Other than that it's fine. Just don't make a mobile order right... before 8pm. When you go to pick it up they won't acknowledge you're at the speaker and when you finally drive to the window theysay they never made it; because they're closed. I think the employee who did this is gone. Besides that good experience. Read more
