Went there numerous times and the pop cooler is empty !! When i call to order pizza they are always over an hour wait so I go... elsewhere ! If your selling that many pizzas maybe put in an additional oven ! And staff to make the product!! Just a thought! Read more
Food has gone down hill lately. Pizza dough and croissant usually doughy or mushy. Breakfast burritos are cold alot. Crispy... chicken sandwiches aren't cooked through. Just had one today and it was straight rubber. Everything else bout store is okay justfood has been lacking. Read more

I have called 4 times to get a free pizza to replace the one I didnt get this summer- it was when the bad storm went thru n we... drove from yoggi bear n didnt get our meat lovers pizza- i keep getting excuses n not my free pizza - we dont have coupons tosend out- I have a caseys in my hometown n asked to have it credited there but nope - this was last summer!!!!! LOUSY service and treated poorly by manager DAMIEN..3rd time this summer I came into pick up my pizza order and was told to come... back in half and hour. The mousy little girl at the register jeered trying to over charge me and Damien ran and hid like acoward because he can't do a proper job as manager. Casey's has become a great stop as a gas station and convenience store and would rate 4-5 stars as the staff is generally... friendly and personable for the years I've been visiting the store in different cities. However, one employee on the nightshift in Brandon, SD has quite remarkable body odor, and it really makes me wonder what standards are acceptable when dealingwith customers... not to mention the food. 2nd time I've ordered pizza here and got home to find there's like 10 pieces of lettuce on the entire taco pizza. Used to be a... good full pizza, worth the price...but when I have to stock toppings at home to finish it? Not worth it. Read more
