We are on vacation and were so excited to get a pizza from Pizza Hut but were so disappointed. Pizza crust was rock hard, very... little cheese and had to pay extra for cheese and peppers that use to be free. Disappointed with this Pizza Hut experience. Read more
We ordered pasta and upgraded to cheese bread. We also ordered fries. The fries and cheese bread were missing. We went back and... got them but the fries were cold and soggy and the cheese bread had cheese on one stick. See pic. Read more
They need some training here. Pizza was not brought out immediately after we arrived and called in to alert them, waited 8-10... min so I am guessing it sat there on the counter because when we got home it was COLD. Not even barely warm. Only 13 min away soit should have been hot still or decently warm at that. Sloppy, scanty toppings and butter/seasoning on the edges was scanttoo. Why even show up to work if you want to be this lazy and careless about your service? Go home. You guys shouldn?t even beallowed near a stove. Just completed lazy.
