First pizza Ranch I have ever seen that closes the buffet at 2 pm restart at 5 pm having to order during this time. I have never... seen a PR not have all day buffet. Food on buffet was old dried out and due to closing buffet at 2 no fresh coming out. Olddried out food on buffet is not going to sit well with customers. Read more
We had a 3 year old birthday party with 20 people but yet they gave us a tiny room to where people had to stand. Also the... manager at the time when I called to set the party up had said they had military discount for all the adults as long as I showedmy card for them. The manager there on the 13th of August (JR) was very rude and went against what the other person said. Actinglike he knew it all. We will not be going back there as he kept talking about us behind our back in the kitchen as we could hearhim telling other workers. Read more
Well, I don't recommend you schedule a birthday party here...we had the 11:00 to 1:00 party room in the fun zone.. took 15... minutes to get in after 11 .. witch was no biggie.. really confused how or what side we needed to pay, but we got throughit... But realized they didn't give us our game cards ( staff completely classless)... 12: 10 the punk working in the game areacame to the room and told us we needed to clean out of the room by 12:50... That took us by surprise... the kids were stillplaying in the game room, so we tried to hurry them up so we could open presents and have cake!! But that never happened!!!The jerk kid said we had to leave the room because a unexpected surprise birthday party needed the room ! Not very never wasable to open presents or eat cake!!! We read online that the buffet started at 5 pm on Sunday evenings, we got there slightly before 5 as we figured the food would... be fresh and just being made. We were really disappointed as the food on the buffet was old, the chicken looked Ike it had beensitting on the warmer for hours. It was extremely busy as there were several rooms booked so everyone was hovering around thebuffet hoping more food would be put out. We did put in a special request for a pizza, so we did get fresh slices of pizza. Read more

I really enjoyed seeing my little guy full of smiles on his third birthday where the party was organized simply from putting in... details online for the country fair bouncy house which included the Pizza Ranch buffet. The the overall price fairness was aboveand beyond reasonable with a special they had going which was a party package 8 for $88???? this included 3 hours of birthdayno-dowze and 8 of us filled up with satisfaction! One recommendation would of been the appearance of the buffet and the food.The marinara pan was being scrapped, left dried until we were leaving and they were cleaning and taking the buffet down.. 3p.m.? Not sure, maybe they close the buffet down during afternoon hours but the tastiness and quality of the majority was prettygood and well worth the group price. Much appreciated on our end. Read more
