This place has some of the worst customer service and the management has like no clue they almost make it worse. If you order... curbside you will wait nearly 20 min or until you can't take it no more and go inside. Recently they have a few new kids who aretrying but they can't bring it if they skip making then they can't bring it to you. They prioritize urber and doordash anddrive-thru and then act like you are the problem. We go to the McDonald's on old Alexander Ferry now and I just right by herenow well worth the extra mile in the car. Read more

They've taken the "fast" out of fast food. They've become very slow in fulfilling your order. There also appears to be a film... of "uncleanness" about the restaurant. Read more
Management and there customer service is great. They are always so fast and always very accommodating
Update July 2022 : This McDonalds just got a new renovation. There no longer is a self serve drink station inside but you can... still can get all-you-can drink you just have to go up to the counter. It looks great and the food is delivered to you table ifyou eat in. Clean and nice McDonalds with updated decor. The service was fast. This is one of the McDonalds I'll sit down andeat in. Read more
Drive thru line always moves quickly. Clean inside and out & the food is always made to my crazy special order. Especially my no... whip, no caramel sauce frappe. Is it just me? But I just go crazy when the cup isn't full. Thank you to the manager forputting a smile on my face. Read more

This McDonalds, compared with another lcoation, generally isfaster, and food is much better. Not sure what they do different than Upper Marlboro but it's doesn't taste like cardboard andappears to be fresh. Like all McDonalds as we come to expect, the Smoothie and ice cream machines will be down at some point,but not as often at this location. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes service is lacking and not always onpoint. When you ask for something special or condiments it's like you've committed a crime. I'm not sure why great service issuch an issue in this area but it is and it's terrible.
