Food was good, except for the fact when I went to pay there was a woman standing at the register - doing absolutely nothing, so... I put my items down and she didn't even say hi, she just told me that I can use the self checkout. Worst bathroom in years and the store stinks like fried, greasy chickens. I held my breath inside
One of the most disgusting modern gas stations I've been to, definitely the most disgusting Royal Farms. 2/2 sinks in the men's... room clogged full of dirty water and filthy, 2/3 urinals clogged and filthy with boogers all over the walls, 1/1 toilet stallclogged, filthy with toilet paper and trash all over the stall floor. The floor of the general area in the store clearly hasn'tbeen mopped in a while, the parking lot is absolutely littered full of trash, there's a downed tree in the parking lot, 2 out oforder pumps blocked off by broken traffic cones. The most dirtiest filthiest royal farms of been too. You come in so many of them, all they do is chat, the bathrooms are... horrible they have nothing in the fridges especially water. Just lazy filthy people. Read more
Today is July 24, 2022. I was just at the Royal Farms in Brandywine, MD and needed to use the restroom. I asked both an employee... and a Manager to stock the Men?s Restroom with soap. I waited, and waited & waited. The young man finally approached me and saidthey were out of soap. I replied ? in the entire store? you have no soap, not even on the shelves you can open?? He said NO.It?s hard for me to understand HOW & WHY would ANY restaurant not keep soap on deck AT ALL TIMES. There?s absolutely no excusefor this, in addition to Royal Farms selling cooked food!! How do the employees wash their hands after using the restroom???! They should have known there was no soap when they first opened this morning or first started their shift. It would have beenextremely easy for the manager to have an employee make a quick run to a local grocery store or CVS to purchase a few bottles ofhand soap until a proper restock could take place. The bathroom should NEVER be without soap or toilet paper. The millennialsthat work at the Royal Farms on 301 in Brandywine, MD need to have more training and understanding about customer service, aswell as cleanliness and sanitary practices. Read more

If you want you food thrown at you stop here. Then call the manager and you will be told you called the wrong store. We order 4... pieces of chicken. I opened the box to show they only put in 2 and the man at the counter threw two. He then threw the box atme. We also ordered a hot dog. I told them we still needed it, they turned and walked away and ignored us. Completely rude. Read more
