Very hit or miss depending on the day. Yesterday however, was just awful. I got the avocado toast with poached eggs and bacon.... The avocado put on the toast was bruised, brown, and barely there. The eggs were basically hard boiled. The doughnut my daughterordered was the worst thing I've tasted in a long time. I was shocked when she said she didn't like it, so I tried it. It tastedlike it had been fried in fish fry oil. ???? I also ordered the toast with butter and jam. The butter was rock hard, and thejam had a hair in it. It doesn't help that it was my birthday, so I'm extra salty about it. I will not be returning. Read more

Love this place! Best baked goods on Shoreline whether you want croissants or large artisans breads. I buy my bread here each... week, sometimes rye, sometimes sourdough. For special treat I will order the almond croissants. Also cafe is very pleasant spaceto enjoy coffee or hot breakfast or meet up with friends. My first visit to G Cafe was lovely! I appreciated the variety of options, including vegan and vegetarian. All the desserts... looked wonderful, my chai latte with oat milk was delicious, but the highlight was the olive bread. It took a bit to decidewhich loaf to buy, but I made the right choice. They graciously sliced it for me, and I had eaten half by the end of the day.Delicious enough with a pat of butter, but I can't wait to try it as sandwich bread! Read more
My wife and I enjoy their sandwiches, salads, coffee and desserts. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will even bring... your order to you outside if you are sitting at one of the outside tables. My wife has enjoyed the gourmet salad as well as thechicken salad sandwich and coffee drinks. Our food is always very fresh and the portions are very generous. I like richchocolate desserts and their brownies definitely meet this preference. Even if you arrive after 1pm, they always have a lot oftheir food items availability. The outdoor seating is nice in the better weather and there is plenty of insideseating. Overall, a pleasant dining experience. Read more
