It?s very disappointing when every single time i come something is wrong with my sandwich. These sandwiches aren?t cheap so it?s... frustrating when you get home and it?s something different than you were expecting. Today i went and asked for a chicken Phillyon rosemary bread with no onions or peppers. When they were almost done i mentioned i wanted to add a couple things (Mayo andlettuce). The girl at the grill was extremely rude. But fast forward until i get home and realize it?s on regular bread withonions. The bread i don?t care about but I absolutely hate onions! And they were all mixed in, almost impossible to remove.Thankfully I?m not allergic but imagine if i was. Very bad experience and i would suggest not to go to this location! Read more
It finally happened Jersey Mikes turned into Subway,, I ordered the "original Italian",,the meat is getting cut less than paper... thin,,the cheese was the same way. The tomatoes were so mushy and soft they had to be days if not a week old. I asked forpickles and onions and I actually watched her count them as she put them on the sandwich, the only thing there generous with wasthe oil and vinegar,,,,the sandwich was so soggy you couldn't even hold it.. Ordered a kids meal along with another mini sub and the manager charged me for everything separately! The location didn?t have a... big sign outside the plaza so I road past two times. Always a great sandwich at Jersey Mike's! Had lunch in the Branford location. All of the meat is sliced fresh for the... sandwiches and has a distinct taste! Their staff did an excellent job assembling the sandwich with dressing and all AND thesandwich still held together. The quality of the food seems consistant across the chain and I would put Jersey Mike's upagainst some of the best delis. Prices are fair and the staff was friendly. Read more
