Visited the restaurant tonight with my family as we are traveling and the manager was very rude to myself and my son. The food... was okay but the service is definitely horrendous. The food is good, but please DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR PICK-UP. When I placed a pick-up order via the Popeyes app and arrived to... pick it up, it wasn't in their system, and when I ordered delivery from here via Doordash, it wasn't in their system again and Iended up receiving the wrong order entirely. It's a decent place, but please whatever you do go here in person instead ofdealing with the headaches from ordering online. Read more
Tried to order food there the worker was very rude. I tried to order the 4 piece chicken all legs and they would not do it and... they don't have green beans anymore. Will never go to this location again!!! Worst service I've ever had at popeyes!!! Read more

Staff were very ambivalent about giving decent service. Not nice, but not rude. Just got the atmosphere that no one cared about... what they were doing. They have a staff that could care less if you were breathing...so indifferent, not even rude...they just don't care about... customers. Food wrong...no sorries, just, you wanna wait for a new one? Like your not expected to make them do their job. Theworst customer service experience in my history.
