It was an hour before they were closing, no answer on phone and couldn?t place order online for pick up, I pull up and walk in,... not a hello or anything? not one word. 2 people in there both miserable that they have a customer to deal with, one told theother can you go back and grab a spoon I guess!!!? They closing the store an hour before close? I can see if it was 8:55, itwas 8:05 I called and tryed doing online, then took me 10 to get there? point is, they aren?t managed correctly, got people inthere that don?t care to run a business properly, this isn?t the first time either, this is my first ever bad review and I?m 28lol hopefully these guys get better Read more
It was extremely busy so I was going to be understanding for the situation. After standing there for 15 minutes though and... seeing 3 people waiting for online orders to be completed and all holding part of their order it became apparent there was noorganization to this place. One lady ordered in store after I had gotten there and she got her drink only to return momentslater saying it was wrong. I thought maybe they just missed a step and it wasn?t to far off the flavor. Well after getting thesecond half of my order finally and taking a sip of what seemed to be just straight cake batter I understood what she did. Myorder was mainly fruit with orange juice so there should have been no vanilla/cake taste to it. Went to smoothie king this morning for a smoothie, am not sure why Nolan S was mad but he looked like he didn?t want to be... bothered, wasn?t friendly and the Attitude was bad, and on top of that my smoothie wasn?t done right because I have been comingto Branford smoothie king for almost a year now, and this morning my experience was unacceptable. I usually love this place and have been going here for a year. I always have a young man name connor who makes the best... smoothies. The last time I went there was a girl, my smoothie is raw if that's possible. There is still ice in it, I threw outonce I got home. I would just recommend that they train new people better I how the to make a smoothie that isn't ice if I'mpaying 8 bucks for it!!!! Read more
My son who is 4 years old was not allowed to use the public restroom even tough we spent $50 in smoothies; they said it?s for... employees only after covid. He really needed to go. I asked them politely, if they could make an exception for a 4 year old.They said no. Unfortunately, my son couldn?t wait until we find another public bathroom and had an accident. I would haveappreciated, if they had a sign up front on the window stating the bathroom is no longer for public use. Read more
Clean environment. Consistent, good quality, and healthy smoothies at reasonable prices. My favorite is the high protein banana... with an occasional scoop of cocoa added! The young employees are actually quite mature, friendly, and generally good kids. Worththe trip.... Read more
Great smoothies and enhancers. Vitamins, herbs, protein, Vegan options! Small area with handful of tables to go and sit with a... smoothie, and also a bench outside too. Great location. Clean. Great customer service. Delicious smoothies. Plus they are on amission to create cleaner smoothies by adding highly nutrional items such as wild blueberries. Also in cutting a lot of thingsout that we don't need. Happy there are healthy, vegan and no added sugars, or harmful sugar substitutes. The workers are always pleasant with me and even if they didn't say anything I don't mind we are not robots we all have... feelings, as long as they continue making the awesome smoothy I'm good.
