Don?t get me wrong - I?m a die hard Starbucks customer . But I finally decided to write a review for this specific Starbucks... location at the TA area in Branford CT. Miserable miserable staff. Everyone, EVERYTIME . Been here more than a dozen timesonly because the location is convenient when traveling - but - please do something HR or whoever is in charge of manpowertraining . Your crew over here needs a refresher on customer service. You gotta love your job and show some joy in completingyour tasks . No hello no thank you. Oh and yes we could improve on dress code or attire ? The barista today was wearing graysweat pants ? And yes, maybe a refresher course on how to make those ever popular Starbucks cold drinks And frappes ? Caramelribbon crunch means there should be crunch on it, no? Read more
Any place that proudly displays moldy egg bites is not where I want to be.
I come to this Starbucks every morning on my way to work. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. Many of the... employees have memorized my order and always greet me with a smile. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Read more
Staff is incapable of making a basic green tea with no sweetener. The most basic of drinks they offer. Please consider hiring... better staff. Don't stop here, there is another one down the road. Read more

Hands down the worst Starbucks experience ever. Even though this is inside a truck stop, it's even WORSE than what you would... expect for the location. Walking up to the counter and the barista was resting her chin in her hand and just looked at me (maybeshe was hungover? Sad?, I don't know). She had no knowledge of the menu and kept forgetting other customers food items. Theother barista made my drink wrong, I mean...I ordered a vanilla latte...how do you forget the vanilla?? I didn't have any weirdrequests or anything. And the way she corrected it would easily be a food and safety violation. The place itself is disgusting,coffee grinds, milk, food, other liquids, etc all over the counters and floor. So, in a nutshell...go across the street todunkin or skip the area all together. My cousin and I ordered Cinnamon Dolce Lattes just now and our fault for not tasting it while there, but took sips on the road... and see that no syrups were added to either of our drinks. We just got plain lattes. The batista was not the friendliest butthought she would at least do her job. Read more
My friend and I ordered a cappuccino. Then we back on the road, took a few sips and found it tasted like milk. It was not... cappuccino, but milk and some coffee. Baristas don?t know how to make drinks right. One ladies from Spain was friendly, and theothers were aloof. But worse is bad coffee ?? Read more
