Previous employee, I just wanted to say Jesus is a great manager. He DOES NOT spit in ANYONES food nor does he really EVER get... angry with customers normally the usual of frustration with staff. I am highly upset that I am crying , I visited this Taco Bell today HUNGRY . Ordered two soft tacos NO CHEESE the young lady... repeated my order back to me CORRECTLY for me to arrive at school and it be CHEESE ON MY TACO ! No lettuce JUST CHEESE AND MEAT! The food was great, but I placed my order on the app to pickup in store. 10 minutes later, a notification says my food is ready,... and I stood in front of the counter without any associate asking if I need any help. People who ordered in the restaurant whocame in after me got their food before me. I stood for about 18 minutes past when the notification said my food was ready beforesomeone finished it and brought it to me. Read more
Was very excited to eat at a taco bell considering I haven't in a while, and this place made me remember why. Ordering on the... app took forever (which isn't their fault) yet when I pulled up, they didn't have half of the items that I had ordered and whatthey did have was ice cold. I shouldn't have to reheat my food I JUST paid for. Ridiculous. They didn't even offer to replaceany of my order either and I was told I had to take it up with the app for my refund.
