Diablo curly fries are... HOT!!! also tasty, but I underestimated the heat, it took a minute To hit full speed! Hehe
I had the Reuben sandwich meal and it was very tasty. I felt that there could?ve been more of the sauce on the sandwich. Curly... fries Were fresh. My husband had the smokehouse brisket sandwich meal. He said it was flavorful but could have used more onionrings. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Read more
We dined in today for lunch and the floor was very dirty. They did place a cone on top of the floor, indicating that they knew... it was dirty & wet, however they were not quick to clean it up at all. We were there for at least 25 min & the floor stayeddirty that entire time. I saw enough workers in the area that could have used a mop to clean in between. Crazy expensive for fast food! You'd expect cutlery and ceramic plates rather than food in paper wrappers and boxes!! Food is... good but cost prohibitive for more than a once-a-year treat. Read more
Definitely clean dining and bathrooms overall especially considering its fast food. I came on a Saturday around 7-8 pm ?. a... sweet young gentleman helped me and was very polite. Engaged in a short conversation and even complimented me a couple times :)sweet kid. They got my order correct (I?m picky and have substitutions) it came out quick and was great. Read more
Terrible service all around. We placed an order for 11 people well over $110.00, to be delivered. When the order arrived the... fries were all barely half full. Two of the sandwiches were made with bottom buns only. NO sauces were included, even after wespecifically order a specific amount of certain sauces for our meal. When we called the ? manager ? his only solution was for meto drive there to pick up the sauces and he would replace the messed up sandwiches. Terrible all around. I once worked for andadmired Arby?s, but no longer. What makes it worse is we decided on Arby?s after looking at several other establishments to feedour group of a nearly a dozen individuals. Fat bob started with attitude to my wife, she was in line 5+ minutes before being acknowledged, (drive thru more important) I... was not in store yet, anyway, wagui burger was sloppy & nothing special. Shift manager, or whomever was in charge did nothing tosaid individual. Is this the new norm? So sad! Read more
I've come to realize some people just hate what they do. I ordered a Gyro with a little extra sauce and it came so smothered in... sauce it was inedible. Completely disappointed after a long day waiting at the hospital with my daughter and finally able tohave our lunch date. I wasn't impressed with the "extra extra extra" but thank you for looking out!! Read more
