Drove an hour to eat here. Lots of people waiting for a table. Told us about 20 minute wait. I looked around in dining room.... There are more empty tables that there are with people sitting at. Why is there a 20 minute wait with 20 people waiting in lineto be seated? It just doesn't make sense to me. Read more

Renia was an exceptional server. She was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and attentive. My ?? remained full! Our food was... wonderful as well but there was so much. It was a smorgasbord of visual and comestible delights. We were referred to eat hereby staff and customers at the ?? station between Kansas City and Branson. quickly seated, polite waitress. very attentive to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. food took awhile to... arrive, even though it wasn't too crowded. i got the chicken tenders with my 2 sides being mac n cheese and broccoli. food wasgood. no complaints on anything. i also got banana bread as a part of my order, which wasn't the greatest. bathrooms were asexpected, not extremely clean but good enough to use. would recomend if you want a cheap meal. you get a lot for your money. My daughter and I went to pick up a mobile order and I wasn?t impressed at all. There were 3 ladies standing around at the... counter when we got there, yet none asked anything for about 10 minutes. Then finally one said she would be right with us. Veryunprofessional of them. Come to find out that one happened to be the shift supervisor or manager. She didn?t know how to readthe order. Which happens from time to time, but come on ladies!! Finally the order was ready about 15 mins after the timestated. We then had to go back in because they forgot some of the order. Not to mention the food was subpar. Good luck forthose who try Bob Evens! I won?t be eating there again. I do know people who go in there every weekend and love it. Read more
