Less than half the card readers work so you?ll have to go in and prepay which defeats the purpose because they only have one... register opened with hardly any staff. Took 30 minutes to get 20 dollars worth of gas due to poor equipment, not properlystaffed and just a general feeling that nobody cares. Read more

The worst Casey?s I?ve ever been to. I know for a fact that for at least 2 months their pay at the pump machines have not been... working! When you are in the way to work and you stop to get gas you don?t have time to wait in line to pay for gas and theywant you to pre pay! They have lots of people that are not going back to that station because of these issues!! Read more

I was treated very poor buy your counter person on 11/12/2022 @ 8:46 AM. he said I was being very narcissistic because I wanted... to pay for my gas that I had already pumped and I also wanted to have a sandwich that I had laid on the counter he wouldn?t ringthem up together and he wouldn?t put the sandwich on my card so I left a sandwich on the counter and walked out and he said Iwas being narcissistic! I feel like he was being very rude to me. And I won?t go back to that Casey?s in Branson Missouri Read more

I really wish I could give 0 stars. This place gets worse and worse every time I come but I think tonight just topped it all.... Store And kitchen managers really need to learn how to order. Almost everything is out of stock. Took one in the kitchen alittle bit to even realize there were customers and then assumed I was there for a pick up order when I wanted a sandwich. Thenproceeded to drink her drink in the kitchen and then get back to making pizzas(same gloves on). Another cook came out(gloves on)and started making sandwiches while running around the kitchen and doing other tasks such as putting away dishes and utensils. Iwanted my sandwich toasted so he picked it up, got a pan from the sandwich toaster, carried it around the kitchen almost settingmy sandwich on the pizza table trying to get the paper off the pan. Finally got fresh paper on the pan and toasted it. Finishedwith mine and began another along with other tasks. All of this was done with the Same gloves on! So many health hazards in thekitchen and performed by these 2 employees. The cashier was so behind he said loudly "oh sweet Jesus" when he realized how longthe line was. I feel this is a little inappropriate for customer service even though he was polite.. This store is becoming ajoke. Store managers and district management have Really gone down hill and Someone needs to step in. Read more

Today marks the third time in three weeks I?ve placed an online order, and when I go to pick it up they say they don?t have any... orders in. What?s funny is they expect me to wait while they start the pizza. Puts a really bad name In other Casey?s in thearea So if anybody wants to order pizza online don?t use this Casey?s. they don?t answer their phones so you can?t call toorder either. The owner sure has a bunch of lazy workers working for his/her location and I feel bad they are paying employeesto purposely ignore orders that come through killing business because it isn?t on their dime . If I could give this store a 0 then I would, if something has a factory defect then no matter if it?s alcohol or not it should... be able to get switched out. If you buy something from a store and half of them are opened and one has a lid taped on there thenI strongly believe the store should return that. I understand some people have an alcohol problem however I will not drinkopened beer. So needless to say that?s a waste of $15 because of Casey?s. The manager could not do anything about it and I callcustomer support for Casey?s and they told me they could not do anything about it, not even make a customer complaint. Thisstore is honestly just a joke. I will go out of my way from now on just so I don?t have to stop at a Casey?s. Clearly you cantell a customer couldn?t do that, that is a factory defect. Read more

The worker in the deli, Jimbo, was exceptional. The guy put a smile on my face and I enjoyed getting to talk to him as he made... my wrap. He really was extremely kind. He was working hard and I was impressed with him. Management there should do what theycan to keep a guy like that. Other workers there were also hustling and I was really impressed with the crew. I commend themanagement for hiring a team like I saw in the store. I will make a point to stop here when in need of gas and in the Bransonarea. Read more

Such a sweet staff! Most gas stations we go to when traveling you run into people who don't like there job. And it's clear to... out it in a nice way. This staff was so welcoming and it was a mad house in ther due to being Christmas and most places in townbeing closed. They handled there selves very politely and quickly. Read more
