Pros: nicely done chicken, potatoes, and bread pudding. Sweet server. Cons: soggy cauliflower. it was either microwaved or... cooked from frozen? I saw a few tables just get up and leave because the service was so bad, and they waited an hour for theirfood. All the other tables next to us looked very annoyed and kept looking around for servers and their food. According to thelong wait times in the hotel lobby and the many uncleared dirty tables, they just need more staff. The buffet was decent, butthe carrot cake tasted slightly raw. Also, the actual sushi rice grains were CRUNCHY and overly sweet. Please use a rice cookeror use correct water:rice ratio since you don't know how to cook rice. Read more

We were in Branson for the Fourth of July weekend and decided to dine at the restaurant at this hotel. The hotel lobby has two... main restaurants, one is casual dining and the other is fine dining. The seating for the fine dining overlooks Table Rock lake. The casual dining is inside seating looking at the hotel lobby. We ordered a variety of dishes like the crabcake appetizers, chicken and waffles, braise beef tenderloin and the bread pudding. The service was excellent. When my wife had to use therestroom, they actually took her food back to keep it warm!! I have never had that level of service anywhere before. Now on tothe actual food, everything was good but nothing was really memorable. They also have a really good ice cream shop and bakery bythe balcony area, and those desserts actually looked better than the desserts on the fine dining menu. If we ever went back, Iwould skip the desert at the restaurant and head over to the bakery instead. Read more

The management of this restaurant need to find another occupation. Last night my family tried to eat there and it was an... absolute joke. We were never brought menus and never had our drink orders taken. All of the adults' food was ready before anyof the kids' food, and somehow the order was not put in for two of the five kids' meals. And all the food was obviously frozenand reheated. That this place charges $69 for a steak cooked with the care one would expect from the Sizzler is unfortunate aswell. Avoid this place. Read more

Service was excellent and I would give five stars except that my wife’s and my pork loin were pretty dry. The crabcakes were... excellent the wedge salad was also pretty amazing. I’m not going to be too critical because I know pork is pretty challengingto get perfect. Read more

Amazing view and kind wait staff. It is your typical hotel food though. Easy to park and you can eat here without having a room... here. Beautiful table settings. Read more

Such a beautiful place, the service was solid, the atmosphere was amazing as always. The Monday breakfast buffet was reasonably... priced, but just so-so on quality. Always worth a visit when in Branson, however. Read more

We had dinner for our anniversary/valentine day dinner. Possibly the worst food I have ever been served. Dinner was over... $200.00. The shrimp cocktail was still frozen in the center, my husband's salad had very little lettuce and the tomatoes andcucumbers were mushy. My Caesar was served with no dressing. The filet had zero seasoning and certainly not basted. The Salmonwas fishy and had no flavor. The lady who waited on us was very nice and gave good service. It is a shame a nice hotel allowstheir high priced restaurant to serve food that is bearly edible. Read more
