Joined the wait list via the app, wait time was 15-20mins for 4 people. Arrived to check in, 3 of the 4 people in our group... checked in and verified that we were checked in which the hostess assured we were checked in...... we waited an additional20mins to get a text stating our wait time was about to end and we needed to check in our we'd be taken off the wait list. Theissue was quickly resolved. Our server did great but didn't get his name, don't recall him introducing himself. Overall greatservice, experience and food. Read more
Amazing staff!! That was a 5 star for me. The crew really worked together which is important. Great cocktails and bar keeps. The... food was good. Spinach dip is just that, no artichoke which I feel is lacking. Chicken tenders were awesome. I ordered steak,not great. Flavor of marinade was typical, but grade of beef and trim just not there. My wife's meal was good, mine however wasaverage. Manager made everything good with her demeanor and good management skills. I will definitely be back, I won't order asteak...I should have gone with the fried chicken like I went in thinking I would. Salad was amazing!! Almost forgot that. Our waiter was great but the food was below average. Our wait went from 25 min at 345 to not being seated until almost 5 due to... " shift change" Definitely some management problems in front of house and kitchen. Won't be going back Read more
I'm a little biased, because I really love Cheddar's restaurants, and this new one is no exception. We had a great first... experience here. It was really busy and there was a 25 minute wait, but we walked straight into the bar to order dinner. We bothordered medium steaks and they were cooked to perfection. We had great food and great service. The prices here for good food arevery cheap. I can't wait to come back! Read more
Just opens folks. This place is amazing. All made from scratch food. We had the chicken strips and shrimp platter. Fries and... broccoli cheddar casserole for the sides. It was all good. I highly recommend the cheddars painkiller. There is a limit of 2 andafter drinking my share I can see why. They are quite potent but absolutely delicious. Very new restaurant to Branson, so there is a learning curve. That being said food is very good & very large portions. Drinks... look Great! But I must commend 1st and foremost the staff, Miss Amanda did an amazing job! I had a few questions which shesought out the answered and amid the new opening issues, she committed herself to the customer being a top notch server. 1stweek, they will figure it out. We went with a group of 9 people. We were seated quickly. The hostesses and manager were extremely nice. We were at Cheddar's... in Branson on their second day of opening. Our waitress was efficient and well versed in the menu. Practically everyoneordered something different and all 9 of us enjoyed our meals. The food was delicious was and is a good value for the money. What a pleasure to have another high quality restaurant in Branson! Read more
So, I ate by myself and sat at the bar. The bar tender Josh (Curry) took care of me. His attitude was exceptional. Very friendly... and attentive. Especially in a place as busy as this. All of the staff I encountered were all wonderful and all had smiles ontheir faces. Highly recommend. Sorry, went on about the staff and forgot to mention that the food was very flavorful, simplebreaded chicken sandwich. Seasoned perfectly to my taste and juicy yet crispy.
