I learned my lesson regarding this location/fast food restaurant. They weren't busy at all when I went to the drive thru at... 8:15 p.m. today (Tuesday). There is no menu board at the entrance, thereby forcing you to wait until you reach the order takerto then look at their menu & make a decision. Although my food was good, my drink was completely wrong & I didn't realize ituntil after leaving. I ordered Dr. Pepper with light ice but was given sweet tea with no ice. ?????? Read more
We visited pretty late at night after a visit to Silver Dollar City. The app for ordering works great every time. The line was... pretty long, but I don't believe it was the fault of the restaurant. We're always happy with every Chick-fil-A visit! Read more
99.9% of Chick FIL A restaurants have great service. The entire family likes the food. The issue we see as long g term... supporters is the constant increase is price and the reduction of menu items. Competition for a good chicken sandwich is uponis, can you keep bringing in people to a restaurant like this will be the question. Read more
My daughter and husband love this place. I'm all in when they offered a grilled chicken option! So we went to this Branson... location...geez...mass confusion. 6 people outside taking your order with a limited menu before you can get to the menu. It felttoo rushed. Even if I did have the menu memorized and knew what I wanted it still felt rushed. Anyways, we ordered theadvertised spicy grilled chicken sandwiches and waited about 5 minutes in what feels like an amusement ride, and we got friedchicken sandwiches. Very good of course, you can't go wrong with fried chicken. Probably won't be back. A little too pricey too. Read more

Very happy we stopped here. Good, healthy food choices available on their menu. We avoid sugary drinks and processed food. The... side salad was beyond wonderful!! We enjoyed the chicken pieces, the little ones without breading, VERY good flavor,tender. Immaculately clean, well lit, friendly, professional counter reception and accuracy taking our order. Good parking, easyaccess. In fact, a wife of a disabled man was struggling to load his wheelchair, and my husband was able to assist her. Awonderful opportunity to help ease another's load :) We used to stop for their shakes before stopping sugar. I remember theywere SO good!!
