Well this is the SECOND time that we came and they were out of sprinkle waffle bowls. Which is the main reason we come here... besides the ice cream is great. Great service the employees look like they?re having fun doing their jobs and the ice cream is great. If you tip they sing a... beautiful song thanking you for tipping them. We visited this location because of a mobile order issue at the one on 76, which was not a huge deal, but the manager wanted to... fix it so she invited us to this location. Friendly, clean, well made ice cream. Location is great right off the landing. Read more

One server was rude, other very new and nervous. She had no idea what ingredients go in. Messed up our orders and just shoveled... ice cream on top to fill bowl, her coworker didn't help at all. The server Abby was rude. She didn?t know how to ring up a coupon that was buy one, get one free. She said, ?You either get... $4.38 off or you get nothing?. Pretty simple coupon. It says buy one, get one free with a value not to be exceed $15.00. Boughttwo identical bowls of ice cream for $7.98. It should have been $7.98 off! I will be able to stay retired, but her rudeness wasnot acceptable. I should have left and said I will take nothing! Didn?t think two wrongs made it right. This is my first reviewand hopefully my last. In 59 years on this earth I?ve never experienced an individual in the restaurant business that was thisrude!
