It was the biggest was of $10. The glaze donut, was half glazed and tasted like it was made the day before, yuck! The regular... coffee was blah, the bagel sandwich.. I've made a way better bagel sandwich at home. It's gone downhill. At the drive-thru thecashier had trouble making change, and then forgot to put the donut in the bag, good thing I checked before driving home. What a joke! I've given them 3 tries now and every time it's the same thing! No donuts! How is this possible?! I normally go in... the evening and not the morning, so I get that there would be less to pick from but 2 donuts?! The time before all they had wasdonuts holes. If you plan to go after 5, better hope you only want coffee. Read more
Too long of a wait in the drive thru, 10 min after having us pull forward. The bacon wasn't crispy at all. My sandwich was... falling apart. The only thing that was good was the hasbrowns and our bottle of coke. $15 for the very little we ordered. Read more
Not sure what was going on with the 2 girls working today, but they seemed to be on each other's nerves. Atmosphere was kind of... tense and the jelly filled donut holes (aka munchkins) were hard. May need to give them another chance, but I don't stop inthis location too often. Read more
Awful. We pulled up to the drive thru and tried to order an iced latte. The employee told us they were "out of coffee". Out of... coffee at Dunkin Donuts?? Highly doubt it. So my husband said, "do you have espresso?" The guy paused for a bit and said, "ohyeah, what would you like?" My husband again ordered a decaf large iced latte with 2 pumps of butter pecan syrup. The guy didn'tsay anything for a while and finally said, "okay I think I can do that". He then put on the screen, "2 shots of espresso with 2pumps of butter pecan syrup", we were so confused. He asked us if that would be all and we told him no, but to just forget it.If he couldn't even get a simple latte order correct there was no way we were going to add anything else. i wish i could give them a zero. the line was short and my mom and i only wanted two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. we pulled... up to take our order and they said give us a minute and not being polite at all. it took them forever to move the line up. wegot to the window and paid and they told us to pull off to the side and wait. we waited for 15 minutes watching cars in the linebehind us get their order before us, i had to go into the store and asked why happened to my order. the car in front of us wentin to receive their order also because they had been waiting longer than us. i went in being polite asking what was going on andthe girl at the front desk was awfully rude. she acted like she didn?t wanna be there at all and that talking to anyone was theworst part of her day not to mention it looked like she just got out of bed. i asked her about the order and it turns out thatit was sitting on the counter the ENTIRE TIME, just no one wanted to run it out. i got my food and the ice was melted in thecoffee and my sandwich was cold. so disappointed because i usually love dunkin. terrible service, would not recommend. I ordered a latte, a donut, and a bagel. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through! Then they asked if I wanted my bagel toasted... and I said no. They bring my bagel to the window and I ask for cream cheese and the lady very rudely sighs and says to pull upand they will bring it out. A BAGEL! Just give me a bagel! We were so happy to bring our girls here and it?s was horrible! The guy is screaming at the employees over and over again. He... was extremely pushy and rude and then decided to change my drink because he thought it?s better that way. Received our food andtater tots tasted like other food and were soggy. I absolutely made it a point I wanted sugar free and he kept over talking meand gave me sugar with extra shots and it was horrible. Absolutely do not recommend this place. What a waste of $30 and ourtime. Read more
