I always have good service at this McDonald's!! The staff is always so nice. Today i went through the drive thru to grab... something on my way to get my daughter from school. My boyfriend had also gotten something and it left me with$2. When i got tothe window i told the gentleman working that i hated to do it but i needed to cancel the cheeseburgers and just wanted my drink.He said no problem. I got to the second window and the lady working handed me the bag of 2 cheese burgers. I almost cried. Zack the gentleman at the first window says he'd but my burgers. It was so sweet of him!! This is my McDonald's of choice. Ithink everyone working there are just really sweet and always smiling. Thank you Zack for your sweetness. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would! We sat in the drive thru line 30 mins and couldn't back out due to cars behind us. We... finally got to the box and got asked to hold. Another 10 minutes of holding and finally we were able to move out of the line. Assoon as we moved forward they answered the car behind us! Worst McDonald's in Branson! Read more
The workers were so nice at the drive through. There was construction going on and they still got people's food out by having us... pull around the building and they brought it around. My food tasted excellent. Loved the McGriddle and my hot hash brown. Greaticed carmel latte. Read more
I understand staffing issues, so it was no surprise that this restaurant had to close early. This past Sunday, an employee... walked outside and put a sign on the speaker at the drive thru stating they would close at 5 pm. I was next up to the speakerand the time was 4:43. I waited, along with the car at the speaker next to me. They placed their order and pulled up. I waitedand you guessed it?Nothing. There were cars in front of and behind me, so I couldn?t pull out. When I was finally able to leave,without any service mind you, the time was 4:56. This is the 3rd incident, and thelast time I use this particular McDonald?s.For your sanity?s sake?choose another McDonald?s! Read more
I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars because This McDonald's has STEPPED UP THEIR GAME!!!! I used to make the drive all the... way to main street. If I went to 76, the food was always cold and the orders wrong. But past 3 times I have went, everything wasawesome. Read more
Great clean place. Friendly workers. They actually did table service for my mobile order. Most don't these days because being... understaffed they say. Everything tasted great and restrooms were clean and fresh smelling. Read more
One simple order but asked to pull forward and wait. After at least 10 other cars in drive thru came and went and a 20 min wait,... I went inside to find out if they had to go to the farm and pluck my order or what??? No logical answer. They thought they hadcompleted my order. Tried to order breakfast, but after 4 times of re-repeating my families' order I just cancelled and went elsewhere. The... employees need a drug test because I don't know how you get "you want egg on that" out of "no egg please". The manager alsostood around and did absolutely nothing while their employee kept getting the order wrong. McDonalds really went downhill afterthey accepted any and every dumb kid for employment.
