Pizza Hut was my go to place for pizza. NOT ANYMORE!!!!!! I called to see if they gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered pepperoni... green peppers and extra mushrooms. I returned home with a undercooked pizza floating in sauce and no mushrooms, and barely anypeppers. I honestly believed it couldn?t be my order. However I was told that the manager said there was mushrooms and because apiece was eaten there was nothing they were going to do. I offered to bring it back and still was told that they would not takeit and remake it or anything! I will not be treated this way twice. ???????? Read more
I ordered some pizza for lunch to help with a slow day. After picking up the 2 pizzas, the first one was fine. The second looked... like it was put together and covered with extra toppings because it was a conglomerate of 2 pizzas. How did I come to thisconclusion, a preschool kid can look at the picture and come to that conclusion. No, the pizza is shifted to one side. The cutlines don't even line up. The Green Mountain location in Branson has gone beyond my expectations! The lady that might be the owner or manager was making... pizza's taking orders and sending them out all on her own, she only had 1 driver to deliver their pizza's on the 4th of July.Yet, she was still friendly and kind to everyone she spoke to even under those conditions. Staff were rude. Staff outside said we could sit down and eat but once inside the staff said no we are no longer a dine in... establishment. Then we decided ok well we will order a pizza to go. We'll start inside completely ignored we were there. So weleft. Would not recommend. Read more
Ordered pizza online & was ready in the time it stated. Everything in the order was correct and tasted decent. Weird that it... shows no dining in, so figured it was just a pick-up/delivery location. When picking up the pizza, I noticed it did have seatingavailable, but was taped off. Appeared to be a few people sitting in the taped off area, but they weren't eating. Pizza was sour. The wings had barely any sauce. Extra sauce costs 60 cents each. My entire family had to go to the Emergency... room due to eating here. My kids were projectile vomiting in my car. Please wash your hands before handling food. ???? Read more
Was on hold over 20min after placing an order just to be hung up on. I tried to call off another number while on hold too to be... informed I cannot request anything from an online order. All I wanted was silverware and some parmesan cheese packs. Really?!? Ican't ask for free stuff to be brought?!? Picture included of toward end of hold time with date shown and phone number if anyonedoesn't believe me from Pizza Hut. They decide to call me and I complain. They offer me a disgraceful discount for them beingover staffed and being hung-up on. Cancelled immediately. Rude workers and even ruder management. Wish I could give them NOSTARS Definitely don't recommend this particular Pizza Hut. Call or stop into Branson Hills location by super Wal-Mart if youcan. Ordered two pizzas to be delivered , they were pick up at gate at Pointe Royale. We had a pepperoni thin crust and a... hamburger,onion and black olive. AgainThe pepperoni pizza was fine, the hamburger one was horrible,two people threw it up it wasspoiled meat!. We called in that it was bad and the girl said, oh sorry..not We will make you another or refund that onepizza...just oh,sorry. Thats a poor way to run a business.
