Robin is the server to go to. Shes sweet, stays on top of drinks, gives updates on the status of the food, all while helping... other tables and she has a great smile. The food was amazing. I had the chicken and macaroni dish, my friend had chickenstrips, and her boyfriend had steak. Shout out to the cooks Bradley and Shane! Amazing food and service! :) Read more

We came in 2 nights ago for a couple of drinks and some appetizers. One of the managers, Shannon was very kind to us and... suggested the lava cake and it was delicious. I will say though, the appetizers could use some work. We got the sampler platter.The chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks could be cooked a little longer. And the spinach dip was greasy. Otherwise theatmosphere was great and our server took great care of us. We will have to come in another day and try out the entrees. Read more

If there was zero stars I would use it. Just ate at Ruby Tuesday?s. I would not recommend. We were a party of 7. One meal... came out wrong. Sent back and was still wrong. Steak was cooked wrong. ?jalapeño burger came out with no jalapeños on it andwas like a hockey puck. They brought out a plate of jalapeños from the salad bar to put on the burger. Two orders of Salmonwere under cooked. Spoke to the manager who said I?ll tell them. They did not comp any of the over $200 bill. Bigdisappointment. Read more

The food was great! The baby back ribs were delicious! The salad bar was well stocked with fresh vegetables, fruit, and... toppings. The restaurant is suffering from an employee shortage, so you must bring your patience with you. The waits are long tobe seated and to get your food. They are doing the best they can under these circumstances. The food is worth the wait. Read more

There was a wait as they were short staffed like most places. It was cool and there was plenty of seating which made the wait... much better! The host was very nice and engaging. He did let us know that they were out of a few things (like everywhere) butthem telling us upfront was nice. We got sat by a few other tables but the area was quiet. There were some BIG groups but theywere spread out and not near the smaller parties. Our waitress was sweet and we got drinks quick. The food was good and fresh.The manager was out running food and helping out we could tell the servers appreciated it as they were busy. Tony (the manager)made a point to stop and check on us and talk to our little girl. For a short staffed place everyone was still very upbeat andfriendly even when customers showed up at closing. Tony and his staff were great! We hope they can add more staff soon! Read more

My boyfriend and I went to this Ruby Tuesday today for lunch and we were not impressed at all. We understand that everyone is... short staffed but the experience we had today was one of the worst experiences we had have dining out ever. I ordered chickentenders with onion rings and fries and he ordered a burger with fries and we both got the salad bar. Our server was very kindand we don?t blame her for the experience at all but the food was just not good. I believe she was the only server they had soshe was running around like crazy and we chose not to complain because the poor lady didn?t need that added to her workload. Mychicken tenders were burnt, onion rings were soggy and both our fries were mushy. He ordered his burger medium rare and got acompletely rare burger. The salad bar looked like they hadn?t changed the salad all day long and it was brown and just lookedsad. We had to pick through lettuce with the tongs just to get the good pieces. When we got our food we already knew it wasn?tgoing to be great but again just didn?t want to make the servers day any worse than it already was. She made a comment to my bfthat the manager of the restaurant was the one cooking so it?s obvious that they need help but also I can?t imagine that themanager would present such bad food if they?re trying to keep the place in business. We paid $50 for the food and would havehave been happy paying that if the food was decent but when there a billion restaurants in Branson that are significantly betteryou can choose from, this just isn?t the place to go. We will not be back and I truly hope this place either gets bettermanagement or gets cook that knows what they?re doing because this isn?t acceptable. I visited using a birthday promotion for a free burger, which also came with tots. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The... food was excellent. I definitely plan on making a return visit, especially to try out the well stocked salad bar I observed. Read more
