I just want to take a minute and shout out to Nat. I visit this Starbucks most every day. Usually I go in the morning and... everyone is nice and welcoming. I had to go in the afternoon yesterday and i had a very bad experience that i still don?t quiteunderstand but i understand things happen, people have bad days. Ordered on the app and selected drive thru. We went through the drive thru and when we got to the window I was asked to come... inside to get my coffee. I have never waited for coffee so long in my life. Worst experience ever. Waited 20 minutes insideafter I waited in the drive thru. After waiting so long I just canceled my order. Awful! Read more
