1st time eating there. It reminded me of a soda shop. The milkshake was awesome. Food was good but the hamburger while homemade... are very thin and not very flavorful the burger extras really overpowered any meat flavor. Really nice staff! Sometimes this restaurant can get very busy, do to its location. But, I also enjoy my meals here. Some meals... do not come with a side, so you must order your fries separately. Which can make your total more than expected. But overall,this place is good! Read more

This was a bucket list restaurant for our family. We try to hit a new restaurant on our list every vacation. This location... didn't disappoint. We had 11 adults and 2 toddlers and the staff was awesome! The food and shakes were really good too.Everyone in our group said if we had one in the area where we lived we'd be back. We recommend! Great food. Great service. I noticed wait staff worked together as a team to ensure food delivered to tables quickly. Very... busy today but seated quickly, servers came to table quickly, food delivered quickly (did I say quickly) and even took time tocheck on us. Not once but twice. Our Dallas area Steak and Shakes are closed down. So while visiting here in Branson, thisplace was first on the list to eat at. We were not disappointed! Oh, and the oldies set the mood perfectly!! Terrible experience. I?ve been to many steak and shakes. This is by far the worst. Overwhelming bleach smell on every surface... seemingly trying to hide a terrible smell. Portions much smaller than an average. Service was lacking? I could go on.. but it?snot worth it. Definitely DO NOT recommend for a good steak and shake experience. Read more
