Food rating a 3. Not any fault of the staff. They are fantastic. The food is, across all locations, sub par. Specifically... the meat. Just tastes like meat water. Regardless, this is a great location. Staff is friendly and awesome. Dining area isclean. Chairs should be updated/replaced. The cushions show obvious wear. Read more
It was pretty good. They are shorthanded and were working their tails off trying to keep up with the demand. The normally very... good chili must have been a product of supply chain issues because the recipe is not quite the same as usual. I'll still goback. Read more
I don't know if this Wendy's location is consistently as good as what I got today in October 2022, but it was a beacon of hope... for fast food. I had considered going somewhere dine-in and take in the sights and sounds, but the parking lots of the first twoplaces I went were packed and I resorted to fast food. To my delight, it was the best Wendy's food I've had in years and Ishould add that Wendy's is already my fast food of choice, so trust me it was good. Read more
I?m sure this Wendy?s is normally fine, but oh wow, the manager Tabitha was so extremely rude. I ordered the number 12 and when... i went to pay they said my order was different, I corrected them on what I ordered then they asked me if i was okay withreceiving the wrong order. I said no, the incorrect order did not sound appealing. I would like what i originally ordered in thefirst place, so he called Tabitha over. I explained to her I ordered the number 12, she very rudely snapped at me saying i didnot. Then she asked if that was actually what i wanted, turned away from me and yelled to her staff that I changed my order,rolled her eyes at me, then walked away. The environment was very hostile, and I quite honestly feel bad for the staff aroundher. I heard her raising her voice at the customer behind me when I pulled forward because they ?changed their order? aswell. Tabitha. When you order the combo they make it look like a kids meal. I order the big bacon cheddar cheese combo with cheese fries and a... frosty ( I actually wanted a frosty chuinno but forgot to mention the chuinno ). They half melted the cheese fries then addedmore cheese and Gave it to me, I then asked if they can melt it they left it on the counter went in the back grabbed a smallcontainer added cheese to it and melted it. I live an hour and 46 minutes away. My friend and I are here on vacation/visiting. This place is literally the worst. This has... been the WORST experience from ANY Wendy?s that I have ever been at! My friend and I ordered a Caesar salad, 10 piece nugget,four 4 four meal and two drinks. We requested that the nuggets were extra crispy! After waiting in the drive-through line forover 30 minutes we approached the window for our order to be taken, we were told we had to come in because the registers weredown. Upon going inside we had to wait another 30 minutes just for our food to be WRONG. The nuggets were stale like they hadbeen sitting out. I ordered a Caesar salad and I was given ranch?. My friend ended up going back in to get the nuggets fixed andhe waited another 30 minutes just to not NOT be helped. My friend then walked outside irritated. I then drove through thedrive-through asking for a refund! The lady took my food and offered me to keep the drinks. She went and got her managerwhenever he came to the window I told him that I just requested a full refund. The manager then handed me $4.20! My WHOLE mealwas $21.10!
