Please take the sign off the side of your building, it is false advertising to say you don't take short cuts when you obviously... do. For instance I can taste one of your biggest short cuts on your fries. How long has it been since you changed your fry oil????? I'd say at least 6 months. ???????? this 76 hwy wendys now joins the ranks of McDonalds just more expensive for the samepoor quality of "food". Very quick, friendly staff. Wendy's is the better of the 3 Burger & fries joints. This one had a clean Dining Room and our... orders were hot , as well as correct! Read more
My first time in Branson. The lady who waited on us was very sweet. She had charged us for an extra burger and was very sweet... and apologetic. Of course we just kept the burger and paid for it. Everyone makes mistakes. I appreciated her honesty. As usualthe food was fantastic. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would. This young lady should be given a bonus for great customerservice. Their prices vary depending on who is at the window. The male manager I think is the one who is rude, charges more, & can't... handle stress (busy with so many customers in the drive-through) & raises his voice to customers. It's down the street from meso I often went there until I had to deal with the man. This branch on Main St in Branson often seems short-staffed & new staff(who probably doesn't stay). I don't normally do fast food reviews but wife had a craving for a Wendy's burger last night. I've seen so many complaints... lately about everything so I didn't expect the fast friendly service, hot fries and fresh baconator burgers I picked up via thedrive thru nice and quickly. Friendly non tweaker employees too. This is one of the better examples of a Wendys in the wholecountry IMO. Read more
Clean restaurant & the food was good, the staff was friendly. We had apple pecan salads. The night before I had their strawberry... salad. A great place to eat when you get tired of getting getting gigged by the overpriced restaurants on Branson's strip.???? Read more
Short staffed ? Had to wait to place order at the speaker , Only 1 car in Front of us when we came in from the back Road ! ... But, had Fast service. 2nd Review ! Ding Room Open !
