Last night I placed an order for pizza from your Branson West location. When I arrived I was told the kitchen was closed due to... staffing as there was only one person in the kitchen. As I arrived, one pizza order was walking out the door and there wasanother waiting in the back to be picked up. After being told it was closed and they couldn't fulfill my order I asked about arefund. They could not figure out how to refund my money and said I would have to come back the next day and talk with Jessica.When I called today and spoke with her, I was given the option of my order being filled at a later date "for free" or she couldcall the credit department and get a refund. Considering I was left with no option but picking up take and bake pizza fromWal-Mart as there was no other option at that time of day and getting no refund at the time, saying she would give me my orderat a later date "for free" did not sit well with me. Free would be, here's your refund and a certificate for an actual freeorder at a later date. To make matters more irritating, I was in Branson at the time I placed the order and could have gone tothat location to pick up a pizza as it would have been a minimal time difference for me. Everytime I come in, there is nothing to eat in the cold section. When I say "Nothing" I mean nothing. It's empty.
I've been driving all the way to Ozark to get E85 gas and I'm so excited that there's finally a gas station that carries it... nearby. I ran inside to get a couple things and the store was very clean and had all the newest, fanciest and up to dateequipment. Definitely very impressed with this visit. I even signed up for their rewards program because I plan on frequentingthis location. Read more
Every time I have been there (at least 1 per week since opening) everyone has been very friendly and helpful. But I have say... this morning (March 9, 2022) the gentleman working the register was a BA Rockstar. It seemed this morning every constructionworker in the county was in the store (there was almost no parking open) and the line to pay wrapped around to the drinks andback. And the attendant was using 2 registers by himself to zip us through the line. He was on point, still friendly, treated usall the same with a smile. Very impressive... and this afternoon I saw him making pizzas quickly and efficiently. Wish we couldall get employees as good as him. (I never remember names) Read more
Complete waste of time and money. Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 small supreme, undercooked and stuck to the bottom of the box. 1 small... taco pizza. No lettuce, tomatoes or chips on top. No taco sauce either. Guess it was my fault for assuming that the order wasright. Should have checked before leaving. Each order I've placed at this location has been sub par. Tried to call the storedirectly phone rang and rang. No one ever answered. Waited 70 minutes for my order. Total waste of money. Last time I go to thislocation. Read more
Have only used the store a couple times so far. Had a low tire and drove up expecting free air like EVERY OTHER CASEYS in the... area, but it's not free and it only takes card. Definetly not impressed and driving away with a low tire because I'm not aboutto have a hold on my card to get air. Ridiculous. Read more
The cashier was giving my husband trouble about wearing a mask. She complained that she can't understand anything "you people"... say when you wear those masks. We felt very uncomfortable and we will not be back. Read more
