Ordered on the app. The kids menu doesn't have all the drink options. My girls like Dr. Pepper and they had it but couldn't... order it on the app. Also ordering on the app ahead of time saved no time at all. Plus oderd a double cheese burger and I addedanother paddie to make it a triple but didn't get it. But by the time I got my food I didn't say anything because I was hungryand didn't want to wait longer for them to remake it. Read more
Sat, Sept 24, 2022. Ordered a sausage cheese and egg biscuit for breakfast, the biscuit was harder than Chinese algebra, the egg... was super super thin, sausage was fine, cheese is okay. This place is not up to Hardy's usual standard for breakfast. Read more
Too often the drive through person forgets to provide a receipt. I have to ask for them to put it in my hand to make sure I get... it. Food is mediocre. POOR management. Employee turnover is unbelievable. Which means they need a new manager. Read more

I ordered a number two without sauce, with a sweet tea and curly fries, and the young lady at the window had an attitude... whenever I confirmed that it had no sauce due to a dietary issue. I ended up getting the correct burger, but regular fries and aroot beer instead of a sweet tea. The regular fries weren't a big deal, but it's the fact that the whole thing was more of anordeal than it needed to be, especially with the attitude I got from the employees. The front-end workers a young girl with pony tail, and a older age lady with short,short dark hair were so polite and helpful..... But the young woman in the glasses in my picture was acting terrible and treating the other workers around her disgustinglyterrible!! No body should have to be treated like that! These people were trying to help her and at one point she elbowed anolder gentleman as he was walking behind her to hand her a pan and she purposely elbowed him and made him drop the pan!!! Absolutely awful! If she is in a management position she needs to be retrained on how to treat her employees before they allwalk out!! Because I would have walked out if I was all of them. The food was good so that's a plus.. but that girl definitelyneeds some training on how to work with her staff under stressful conditions!! Read more
?????Good!! Good job Hardee's in Branson West, Missouri! What was ordered was on point!! Fries were straight and HOT! The... Western Burger, choice #3, was dripping with BBQ sauce! ???? The onion rings that came on the burger, were not left over or evenwarmed over. It was tasty!! Napkins were supplied, as well as the requested honey mustard dipping sauce. ???????????? I stillhave not drank the up-charged bottle of DASANI water. I don't know that I am a fan of "PURIFIED WATER, Enhanced with mineralsfor a pure, fresh taste". Sounds fake. ???? Read more
