I perhaps shouldn't share this but, this is what happened to me at Sonic. I ordered and drove up to the window before I... realized I had forgotten my wallet. I apologized and was ready to leave but the lady said "The food is already made, so take itand if you come back, then you come back." I went straight home, got my wallet without eating I went back to pay my bill. ThenI went home to eat a very well prepared meal. I know this is not what should be expected and I am so very thankful that they didnot waste the food to throw it away. Read more
If you've eaten at any Sonic, then you know the menu type. Food quality is what you would expect. My issue with this Sonic is... the repeat problems with the order being wrong or missing items that were ordered and paid for. Simply check your order beforeyou leave! Prices are too high for the food offered! $4.00 for a medium order of Tots with Cheese? Nah. Read more
I waited at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes. No one took my order and the people who pulled out of line behind me and... pulled in a stall and got their food in less than 3 minutes. This is ridiculous. I only wanted a drink. I?m usually a verypatient person but when people who got in a stall long after I got to the speaker got entire meals, that?s not good service. Read more
