We decided to check this restaurant out, for dine in, spur of the moment as we're in the area. We had a great experience. Nice... atmosphere, decor. We went with our toddler. They got food out quick as we mentioned the wee one was hangry. We were pleasantlysurprised is was 1/2 price wing night. We got the appetizer platter and 2 lbs of wings and pints. Apps were good, wings werefantastic! Service was excellent. Short staffed, but he made eye contact and kept an eye on us and others in the restaurant andwas super friendly. Someone suggested and i tried Wild Wing?s Garpar fries . It was amazing with Cold Beer . Great Service Cheers !
I was surprised at the extent of the menu here. We were disappointed by the quality of the food though. The chicken on my... sandwich was rubbery and lacked flavour. The poutines were unimpressive and over-salted. Overall, I'm not sure we will returnbut if we do, it will be for wings and wings only. Read more
This was one of the weirdest and most overpriced experiences I?ve had at a wild wing. Also be aware of the incentivized reviews... from the owners family and friends. Notice how none of those reviews have any actual photos. Firstly - we looked at the reviewsbefore coming in. We?re from BC, and despite the service and food warnings from other reviewers, we decided to take a chance andsupport this locally owned business. All the reviewers are right. There?s two people working in the entire restaurant. We feltpushed and and hassled to order as soon as we got in. Secondly - relatively speaking to a wing place and bar this place isextremely expensive. Expect to pay at least $30-$40 without any drinks. Third is the portions and the food. This was the mostsurprising. For a whole order of $12 fries - we got one measly basket of fries comparable to the $3 side order of fries we gotthe night before at the Burger King in the same plaza. You get the bare minimum wings and I kid you not, one celery stick andone carrot stick. Yes they are that cheap. Stay away from this place - not worth it whatsoever. We went there two times at 9:15pm and got turned away because they were closing. Today we got a in and ordered when we ran out... of the beverages I waited 20 minutes to get refill I even moved my glasses to the side of the table so he had to reach over tobring our food he reached over them twice and then sat down and played on his phone I had to put my hand in the air and wave itaround to get his attention and not a TV or music on Read more
Worst experience & customer service. Ordered 3 times from this location in Paris, Ontario. Quality, Service & food was well... below standards. On first order, found a hair wrapped in the chicken. The 2nd time, I ordered a pick-up order and when I openedit up, they had given me the wrong order. They offered nothing but insults when we tried to get this remedied. Then on a 3rdand final occasion, ordered a meal with a drink. Got on the highway to head home, and opened the bag only to find the drink wasmissing. Immediately called the location and the owner said, don't worry, next time you are in the area we will give you thedrink. 2 days later went to pick up the drink and one of the partners was there and not the owner. They refused to give me thedrink because they said they had no proof that I had paid for it. I asked them to call the owner as he was the one I had spokento and was aware of the situation. The partner refused to make any steps to remedy this and outwardly said I must be lying.Never got my drink that I paid for. Really ??? And, for a $2 item? Wow! Thank you Wild Wing Paris, we will definitely not becoming back or promoting your business to our customers. You stole money from us by not giving us what we ordered. Read more
By far the WORST customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. We waited over 20 minutes to be greeted at the table,... asked for our drinks etc. He then came over and asked if he could grab us drinks but we were already ready to order by thispoint obviously. He then brought us out our drinks in dirty cups. We then waited almost another 30 minutes for our food toarrive. It was only 2 lbs of wings and a basket of fries. When I waved the waiter over to see how much longer of a wait our foodwould be he said ?one second? and then never came. He put sat people down, brought out a take out order, brought out food foranother table that arrived AFTER US. By this point I was furious and walked out. We didn?t even receive our food! I have neverwalked out of a restaurant ever. This employee is in no place to be a server. He doesn?t greet, he doesn?t smile, he doesn?tcheck in. The service I received today was disgusting.
