Used to get booster juice daily on my way to work. Absolutely loved the berry booster bakes which apparently they don't have... anymore because they need to make them gluten free ???? I understand that some people need gluten free options but some of usreally enjoy them the way they are. Also, I specifically request for my smoothie to be well blended so there aren't any chunksin it. Today, it was so chunky that I couldn't use the straw to drink it. As soon as I walked in, Jaidon made eye contact and greeted me. Both her and Liam were cheerful, polite & provided excellent... customer service. They asked if I had any allergies they should be aware of, which was a first at any Booster Juicelocation. Great job guys! Read more
After my visit the other day, I decided to change my review, which was alright to begin with... I was served by Anna, I believe,... and if every quick serve ake out food business had employees like her, I couldn't see anyone leaving their establishment withoutfeeling better than they went in... Even with the short interaction. She was extremely nice, and patient, also suggested apromotion when I was ordering my smoothies to save me a few bucks, which I completely missed. But she was also very outgoing butnot even remotely in an annoying way... I was also running into technical difficulties with my family relaying what they wantedvia phone and she had every reason to not be as nice. Honestly, they should be using her at corporate HQ to teach all theiremployees how to be a person behind the counter and how to treatinteract with customers... if they did, I'd say it would most definitely improve their business. Anytime I want a smoothie, I'll wait to go to this location again just because she maybethere.
