I Called and ordered 30 wings and wedges for pick up. Was told it was going to be 30 minutes. When I arrived they said another 4... minutes which was fine. I went back in to get my wings and was told they had no more wings. After I drove 30 minutes and waitedall they did was refund my order. I didn?t get anything on house or anything towards my next purchase. I will never go thereagain be aware ! They lied and had no customer service about the whole situation. Read more
The food is great, never had a problem with it, but I suggest going to pick the food up. Their delivery drivers are kind of... predatory. I've had them always add $5-10 on top of the bill (I don't mean a delivery charge or a tip) and expecting a tip ontop of that. They even refuse to hand over the receipt until you pay. Read more
I've never ordered anything here except the panzerottis, it's what they are known for. They are the *biggest* you will find,... probably ever. They are deep fried to golden perfection. They have thick, delicious dough and are full of tons of cheese pluswhatever else you want in them. They come with a cup of delicious dipping sauce. Only problem is, if you don't eat them rightaway they tend to get a bit moist on the underside, so if you're not a Brantford local, eat it in your car for the bestexperience. Thought we'd give it a shot again. What a disaster. Asked for 2 flavours of wings as I have done in the past got them mixed..... Asked to have olives in my panzerotti there was 3 no joke, the tomato sauce was very bland and watered down . We were missing apop and to top it off I got moldy celery. When I called I got passed to 3 people finally speaking to who I believe is the ownerwhat a piece of work she is, i politely explained my issues she immediately got defensive and very rude. Would not give a refundas I explained we won't be ordering here again. She sent a wing meal replacement which again had bad celery in it..get ittogether, please taste your food and check your veggies before you pack them. Try harder! Read more
Amazing pizza! Probably the best in the neighbourhood. The pizza dough is so good and they load it up with toppings and sauce.... My only complaint about this place is that they use so much cheese! Which isn?t always a bad thing, but I?ve gone elsewhere onnights where I couldn?t stomach that much lol definitely filling and worth the money! Recently tried the panzerotti, but theirpizza still wins. Read more
