The food tasted good and the wait staff were all very friendly. The location was clean and plenty of parking as it's by a... mall. We had to wait 45 minutes for our main course to arrive and when it did my son's was made wrong so his had to go back andwe had finished by the time his for redone. The waitress was nice and have us a free dessert but the entire dinner took about1hr 45mins which we had not planned for that effected our plans for the evening. Read more
Service was good from Valerie very prompt however my chili was cold had to be sent back and then I chewed down on 3 pieces of... bone in it...not fun, and the fries that the others had were tiny little pieces of fries..Valerie got us some new fries...andthe kids meals chicken fingers were burnt bitter tasting they wouldn't eat them.. Excellent meal. Started with the warm spinach dip which is a must, always so good. My husband had 8oz steak with shrimp it was... cooked perfectly!! I had Buffalo Ceasar wrap very good. Great service, in and out in hour for dinner service. Recommend fora good date night Read more
So I found some gift cards in my purse so we decided to go to Kelseys Roadhouse to give them a try. We ordered Muskoka Brewing... Pineapple Ninja wheat ale and it was so good I was glad I ordered the large size. I ordered the Steak stack which is a steakquesadilla with cheese, peppers, sauteed onions and steak with a delicious sauce on it with a poutine for my side which camewith real cheese curds. It was soooo satisfying and delicious. The boy got a buffalo chicken wrap. He said it was like acombination of a buffalo chicken and a chicken ceasar wrap. He said it was good. For dessert I got the messy chocolate chipcookie and the boy got a white chocolate cheesecake. Both items were really good. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice withits industrial decor, good music and a plethora of sports to watch. The service was awesome. Our waitress was friendly andattentive to our needs. Food was delicious. Very well done, complements to the chefs. Service was subpar. Got our food and never saw the waitress again,... drinks weren't refilled. No service until the bill was presented after waiting around 20 min once we were finished eating.Shrinkflation is noticeable. Smaller potions, higher cost. For instance the chicken strip are roughly half the size they were ayear ago. Quality and tast is still great. For my family of 5 it is a comparable price to other sit down resteraunts, however Ifeel the value is not quite on par. For that reason this resteraunt franchise is recommended for very rare occasions. Read more
Food was really good, service a little slow considering the number of employees. Was really busy when we arrived but we were... almost the only ones left..keep in mind we had 2 children who were slow eaters. Read more
We love the chicken fingers tossed in medium sauce. It’s honestly the best!! We also got the boneless chicken thighs with... medium sauce. Tender and nice. Have been to the restaurant once to pick up and we got drinks in the meanwhile. It was goodoverall. Read more
Went with a group of around 10 this afternoon for a birthday get together. Received amazing service from the waitress we had. ... She was courteous, kind and made our evening out pleasant. The food arrived hot and fresh. Definitely had the best dine inexperience in a long time especially with a group. Read more
